Tonight I made Italian Meatloaf from the Deceptively Delicious cookbook by Jessica Seinfeld. It was delicious but it got me tired of "guesstimating" how many calories were in it. I got to researching and found a really cool calorie calculator for recipes. You just enter in the exact recipe, including number of servings and measurements, and it shoots out a rough number of calories. Now, is it exact? No, probably not. But it gives me a ball park to work with, which is what I like.
Here it is:

Enjoy!
By the way, each serving had 229 calories. Not bad; that's a little less than half of my calorie allotment for dinner.
